With the employee access to our Online Payslip Delivery Service you can view and download all your payslips and certificates much more easily.

You can always access your profile through the website or download the free app for iPhone and Android. Once you have your employee access, you will receive a welcome email with your username and password and be ready to enjoy the service.

To log in to your profile, enter your national ID or foreigner’s ID number (DNI/NIE) and the password which we sent you in the welcome email. If you forget your password, click “Forgotten your password?” Enter your ID number to receive an email with your new password.

We recommend changing the password provided when you first log in, to make it easier to remember. The new password must contain at least 6 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number and another different character (*/?!").

The “My Data” section lets you see your user information and view and download your payslips and certificates.
